Mark J. Tyslenko was born in Jackson, Michigan in 1972. He grew up on his family's farm, and after high school, he attended Central Michigan University. Upon graduation, he obtained his Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science in 1996. In 2001, Mr. Tyslenko obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Thereafter, Mr. Tyslenko worked in Jackson, Michigan from 2001 to 2003 for a general practice law firm where he focused on family law and probate/estate work. In 2003, Mr. Tyslenko began sole management of 2 law offices in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo, Michigan where he continued to work in the areas of family law, and probate/estate work, and criminal law. Mr. Tyslenko has appeared in District or Circuit Court in 14 different Michigan counties. In 2005 Mr. Tyslenko joined the Law Office of Joseph T. Barberi where he will be serving clients in the areas of family law and estate planning. Mr. Tyslenko is currently a member of the Isabella County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
