Geoffrey K. Rettig was born in Garden City, Michigan in 1964. He attended Western Michigan University and upon graduation, he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Public Law, cum laude in 1986. Mr. Rettig obtained his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University School of Law in 1989. Thereafter, Mr. Rettig worked as a Prosecuting Attorney from 1989 to 2000 in Presque Isle County and Midland County. Mr. Rettig is currently a member of the Isabella County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
