Attorneys

Mark R. Pasquali was born in L'Anse, Michigan. He attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002.  After working in the management business following graduation, Mr. Pasquali attended Michigan State University College of Law where he obtained is Juris Doctorate.  Following law school, Mr. Pasquali worked for several years in the Lansing area specializing in estate planning and probate matters, on which he was a frequent seminar presenter.  Mr. Pasquali is a Certificate recipient of the Probate and Estate Planning Program, co-sponsored by the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and Institute of Continuing of Legal Education.  This Certificate is maintained annually through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.  Mr. Pasquali focuses his legal work in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, guardianships/conservatorships, Medicaid eligibility, and business planning.  He also regularly conducts complimentary education workshops in the community and here at the law offices of Joseph T. Barberi, P.C.
